By using Resenix you agree to these terms. This is a placeholder while we finalize the legal document. Contact us at hello@resenix.com if you need the formal contract before then.
1. The service
Resenix processes customer reviews you provide and returns an AI-generated analysis. We do not train models on your data.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse or unpaid balances.
3. Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. Cancel at any time; you keep access through the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no abuse of the API, no scraping that violates Google's ToS.
5. Liability
Resenix is provided "as is". We are not liable for business decisions you make based on the analysis output.
