Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Resenix. By creating an account or purchasing a report you agree to them. Questions: hello@resenix.com.
1. The service
Resenix analyzes public customer reviews with AI and produces reputation reports, scores, competitive radar insights and, where you connect your Google Business Profile, live review tools. Outputs are AI-generated and informational.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and take responsibility for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud or violation of these terms.
3. One-shot report and refunds
The one-shot report is a one-time purchase delivered as an online report with a downloadable PDF, available for the access window stated at purchase.
You can request a self-service refund within 7 days of purchase as long as the PDF has not been opened. Once the PDF is opened, the deliverable is considered consumed. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed per location, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record; their payment terms apply to the transaction.
5. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no abuse or automated scraping of the service, no use that is unlawful or violates third-party terms (including Google’s). We may rate-limit or block abusive usage.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its design and software belong to Resenix. Your data remains yours. You may use the reports and analyses we generate for your business purposes.
7. AI disclaimer
Analyses are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. They are not professional, legal or financial advice. Verify important conclusions before acting on them.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard; deletion is immediate. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protections of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
